Terms of Renting Land Cruiser Box Model;
Insurance coverage:
Our vehicles are under a comprehensive car insurance. This type of insurance only covers for damages to the vehicle that are caused with a collision with another vehicle. It does not cover for damages to the driver of the damaged car.
Fuel Policy:
Our fuel policy is dynamic whereby we can provide you with the car with two bars of fuel indicated but still if there are negotiations, we can give you the car with a full tank provided if you can return it with a full tank.
Mileage limitations:
Our vehicles do not have any limitations when it comes to mileage. You are free to go to your desired destinations only if you are so sure that you will return the vehicle with in the agreed time.
Cancellation Policy:
For instance, visitors may decide to cancel their reservations with us due to different cases. Unfortunately, it is not all the time that we make refunds to clients who cancel their travels especially when you cancel when it is only a week to your day of travel.
We normally make refunds to clients who cancel in time and that is 3 months to the agreed date (90% is refunded), 2 months (70% is refunded), 50% is refunded for a month and 35% for two weeks.
Additional Fees:
We may charge you an additional fee in case you want extra services such as additional drivers, Rooftop tents. Additional charges may also come in when you return the vehicle having traffic issues like over speeding, rake less driving etc.
Even when you return the car with low fuel than you took it, you may have to pay extra money for the fuel.
Driver Requirements:
Obviously there are certain requirements you need to have before you rent a Land Cruiser 70 from us. These requirements include; a valid driver’s license from your home country, a valid passport, and country ID. In addition, the age limit for hiring a car from us is 24 years old.
